Roland Stańczyk of RS Studio Projektowe sent us pictures of an apartment he made in Warsaw, close to the banks of the Vistula River in Poland. The apartment is located on the second level of one particular of the modern buildings belonging to Mokotów Park . Its 160 square meter surface is divided into two areas. The overall style unveils art deco influences and an intriguing interior diversity.
An open space composed of a hall, living space, dinning area and kitchen give the social core of the apartment. Two bedrooms, cinema room and bathroom make up the second functional zone of the loft, one particular defined by a larger level of intimacy. All furniture was custom-made by the studio.
